The IPPC specialists at MCAL work nationally, operating on behalf of District, Borough, and City Authorities. We act as authorised officers for Local Authorities, assist in appeal and prosecution cases and have served both enforcement and suspension notices where necessary.
We operate regularly for a number of authorities as consultants across the country and have been specialising in the Regulations for over 30 years. The company acts as a specialist consultant to a number of additional authorities for more complex EPR installations and enforcement issues. We undertake over 350 inspections annually, from A2 installations to Reduced Fee Activities.
